Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or do not love your rug, we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery date.
To initiate a return for your order, send an email to info@shoprushhouse.com with the following details and our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
-Full name
-Order number
-Items to be returned
-Reason for return
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. We will not accept returns that have been cut, sewn with other rugs and/or squares or altered in any other way.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and packaging of returned items.
A refund will be issued 1-2 days after your items have been received in our warehouse. You will receive a notification via email that the refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the merchandise price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All international and custom-made Marisol orders are final sale.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure a product exchange is to return the item you originally ordered, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
