If you change your mind or don’t love your rug, we allow 30 days to return it for a full refund. We do not offer refunds on products more than 30 days after the order is placed.

Items must be shipped back at the customer's expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcel.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
