Our Mavis rug is comprised of natural seagrass and off-white corn husk. Materials are pulled by hand from the wild, dried, and hand-plaited into 1-foot squares, creating a striking pattern of triangular shapes.
The Mavis rug is easily tailored to any custom size when purchased with our Twine & Needle Sew Kit and Set of 12 Mavis Squares. Likewise, a larger rug size may be achieved by combining two or more rugs. Sample and replacement squares available here.

Woven by hand from coarse, organic seagrass, which is pulled from the wild by hand and dried, this product is imperfect by nature. It offers unmatched character and texture that can't be found in a machine-made rug.
