The Aldama rug is made from seagrass pulled by hand and laid in the sun to dry. The seagrass is braided into long, golden strands and woven into patterned one-foot squares by skilled artisans. Squares are assembled to create a rug with a striking, decorative pattern and unmatched texture that cannot be found in any machine-made rug.
